Your satisfaction is our main priority. We make every effort to provide a quality product. We will replace or refund a product you have purchased if it is defective.

 

What we cover

Defective Print Materials

If any of the material we used to create your product is deemed defective, we will replace it. This included defects in the base material it may be mounted to, the print material, adhesives and/or laminate used to produce your product.

Workmanship

Poor quality of the finished product caused during the production process. For example, scratches, dents, etc. We quality check each product before it is shipped or picked up to avoid theses potential issues.

 

What we don’t cover

Damaged caused by poor handling by the shipping company. It is your responsibility to note any damaged to the container your product is shipped in. If there is major damage, you have the right to refuse shipment. Please contact the shipping company to report the damage and get a refund. If the shipping company is unwilling to cooperate and provide a refund, please call us and we will make every effort to correct the problem.
